Can't order online
I don't have a credit card/don't want to order online: how can I buy a Mooncup?
The Mooncup is available in retail outlets throughout the world. To find a stockist near you, please select your country from the store locator menu

If you don't have a credit card you can pay by cheque or International Monetary Order if you are outside of the UK. You will be asked to choose one of these options on the online ordering page.
Customs duties
Are there any customs duties for the Mooncup?
For delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How long will it take for my Mooncup to arrive?
Unless delays have been specified (on the home page), your Mooncup should be dispatched on the next working day following your order. For customers in the UK, we use Royal Mail's First Class service. This means that, although your Mooncup can take up to 14 days to arrive, it usually arrives within a few days. Please only contact us to report a non-delivery if it has been more than 14 days since you ordered. For non-UK customers, we use Royal Mail Air Mail, or International Signed For if selected by the customer. Your Mooncup should arrive within 14 days.

How big is the Mooncup package - will it fit through my letterbox? If not, is it discreet, i.e. can I get it delivered to my boyfriend's work without worrying about causing any offence or much laughter ;-)
The Mooncup comes in an A5 brown manilla envelope with an address label on the front and our company name and address written in small letters on the back of the envelope. For deliveries to countries outside of the European Union (EU), the customs declaration states 'silicone cup' as the enclosed item. It may be helpful for you to know that the package is small enough to fit through a standard letterbox and unless 'International Sign For' has been requested, doesn't need to be signed for so you don't need to be at home to receive it.

How much is postage for the Mooncup?
For customers with a delivery address in the UK, the Mooncup costs £19.99 and postage is free.
For delivery outside of the UK we charge £5.95 postage, making the total cost of your Mooncup £25.94.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK and often have trouble receiving goods from overseas or live in a very remote area, you may want to add 'International Sign For' to your order. This option requires you to sign for the package on delivery, and costs £10.15, making the total cost of your Mooncup £30.14.
Where do we deliver?
Is there anywhere you don't deliver?
You can order a Mooncup for delivery anywhere in the world except for the USA. See our FAQ page for more information on this.
