Give it a go for 3 months, and if you’re not happy with your Mooncup we’ll give you a full refund, or the other size if that’s what’s right for you*!
Learning to use the Mooncup menstrual cup is a new skill. Like anything new, using a menstrual cup for the first time can take some practice. You may get the knack first time but on average it can take up to three periods to get used to it.

If, after 90 days of use, you’re not happy with your Mooncup, we will give you a full refund. You can request a refund for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, as long as you can provide a proof of purchase from an authorised retailer.
*Alternatively, if you think you might not have the right size for you, our Mooncup advisors can run through some questions with you to explore whether sending you the alternative size might be a suitable instead. Please note, we can only offer a new size Mooncup to customers based in the UK.
Mooncup satisfaction guarantee – how does it work?
Our Mooncup satisfaction guarantee is offered after 90 days of use. The satisfaction guarantee cannot be claimed before the 90 days have passed since your order or purchase date. You can claim your money back or alternative size for up to six months post-purchase. The satisfaction guarantee can only be claimed once per customer.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to Mooncup menstrual cups bought online or in stores, excluding Amazon and Asos.com, who handle their own return and refund processes.
How to claim the satisfaction guarantee
To claim the satisfaction guarantee, please get in touch with our friendly team at [email protected] and let them know the reason why you’re looking for a refund or alternative size.
You will need to provide a proof of purchase from an authorised retailer, or your order number if you purchased your Mooncup directly from our website.
Due to the intimate nature of the product, we can’t offer returns and ask that you don’t send your Mooncup® back to us.
