Cathy and Endometriosis UK
Every year, each Mooncup team member is given a share of the Mooncup funds to donate to a charity of their choice. Cathy, Mooncup Advisor, explains her choice here:
“I have chosen this charity as they work to improve the lives of people affected by endometriosis and to decrease the impact it has on those with the condition and their families and friends. Endometriosis UK is a charity that is very close to my heart as I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few years ago and have found their help and support invaluable throughout my endometriosis journey. Their support network provides immeasurable support enabling those who have endometriosis to understand their disease and take control of their condition. They raise awareness of the condition and the issues that affect people living with it among healthcare professionals, the public and the media. They are also involved in research projects helping to better understand this condition.”
