We’re so sure you’ll love your Mooncup that we’re offering all our customers a satisfaction guarantee. Give it a go for 3 months, and if you’re not happy with your Mooncup we’ll give you a full refund.

Getting the hang of it.

Using a menstrual cup is a new skill and like anything new, it can take a little practice. Some people get the hang of it straight away; for others, it might take a few cycles. On average, it takes around three cycles to fully get used to the Mooncup.

That’s why we offer a bit of reassurance while you’re figuring it out. If, after 90 days of use, you’re not happy with your Mooncup, we will give you a full refund. You can request a refund for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, as long as you can provide a proof of purchase from an authorised retailer.

Think you might have the wrong size? No problem. Our team can ask a few quick questions and help work out whether a different size might be a better fit.

How to claim.

1. Try your Mooncup for 3 cycles.

It can take up to 3 cycles to get used to using a Mooncup, so our Satisfaction Guarantee is offered after 90 days of use.

You will need to provide a proof of purchase from an authorised retailer, or your order number if you purchased your Mooncup directly from our website.

What is the Mooncup Satisfaction Guarantee?

Our Mooncup Satisfaction Guarantee is offered after 90 days of use. The satisfaction guarantee cannot be claimed before the 90 days have passed since your order or purchase date. You can claim your money back or alternative size for up to six months post-purchase. The satisfaction guarantee can only be claimed once per customer.

The satisfaction guarantee only applies to Mooncup Beginner and Mooncup Original menstrual cups bought online or in stores, excluding Amazon and Asos.com, who handle their own return and refund processes.

I purchased my Mooncup from a different retailer, can I claim the Satisfaction Guarantee?

No problem! We just need proof of purchase, this should be an itemised order confirmation or receipt that clearly shows the purchase of a Mooncup.

Please note, Amazon process their own returns. However, if you encounter any issues please don't hesitate to reach out with your order details and we'll do what we can to resolve this for you.

Can I swap my Mooncup for a different size?

Yes, our team can help you work out whether a different size might be a better fit. We’ll ask you a few quick questions and, if needed, send you the alternative size.

Please note: we can only offer size exchanges to customers based in the UK.

I don’t have a proof of purchase - can I still claim the Satisfaction Guarantee?

To process a refund or size exchange, we’ll need proof of purchase from an authorised retailer. This should be an itemised order confirmation or receipt that clearly shows the purchase of a Mooncup.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept bank statements as proof.

How many times can I claim my Satisfaction Guarantee?

Just once. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer.

The small print (because there’s always a bit).

Our Mooncup Satisfaction Guarantee kicks in after 90 days of use. That means you’ll need to give it a proper go - three periods, to be precise - before you can claim.

You’ll have up to six months from your purchase date to request a refund or alternative size. The guarantee can only be used once per customer.

We can only send out a new size to customers based in the UK.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to Mooncup Original and Mooncup Beginner cups bought from authorised retailers or from our website.

Please note: this excludes purchases made via Amazon and ASOS.com, who handle their own returns. However, if you encounter any problems, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll do all we can to help.
