It changed my life. I no longer dread my period. I am 21 and have been using my cup for nearly two years now. It takes a few weeks to get used to it but they are more comfortable, less hassle, less expense. You can't go wrong. I have no criticisms of this product. If nothing else, at least give it a chance. :)
